We provide ambulance services within the framework of international standards set by the World Health Organisation.

We have a widespread and fully equipped ambulance fleet licensed by the Antalya Provincial Health Directorate in accordance with all relevant legislation of the Ministry of Health. We are at your service 24/7 with trained health personnel and strong technological infrastructure.

After receiving information about your patient, our call answering team will inform you about the approximate arrival time of the ambulance and advise you on what to do until the ambulance arrives. Our medical team will reach you as soon as possible with the equipment suitable for the health condition of our patient.

Our ambulance team will apply the first intervention after the evaluation. They will share clinical information about the patient with our centre. Afterwards, they will organise the appropriate health institution for your patient. Our ambulance team will ensure safe transport.

ABC Ranking

A- Airway: Assessment of airway patency, unconscious patient or injured person’s tongue can block the airway by escaping back. In addition, a foreign body in the respiratory tract may block the airway. Considering all these situations, airway patency is evaluated.

B- Breathing: Evaluation of breathing, After the patient or injured person’s airway is cleared, it is evaluated whether there is breathing by listening to respiratory sounds, watching respiratory movements and trying to feel breathing (Look-listen-feel method).

C- Circulation: Evaluation of blood circulation. Pulse control, which is one of the vital functions of the patient or injured person, is performed. Skin colour is observed for adequacy of circulation by inspection.
